Our services may include content planning, creation, scheduling, and publishing to platforms such as Instagram and Facebook, along with related automations. The specific scope and deliverables are described in your selected plan and any written agreement between us.
Reelm is a content management service. We make no claims, promises, or guarantees about sales, leads, revenue, follower growth, engagement, or any other business results. All content is published with client approval. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our website and services, submit our forms, and opt in to receive text messages. By using the website or engaging our services, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older.
You agree to provide timely access, brand materials, approvals, and accurate information needed for us to perform the services. You are responsible for the lawfulness of materials you provide and for compliance with the terms of any third-party platform (such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or Google) used in connection with the services.
Content we create for you under an active plan is yours to use for your business once delivered and paid for. You grant us permission to use materials you provide for the purpose of delivering the services, and to reference completed work as portfolio or case-study examples unless you ask us in writing not to.
Reelm offers an SMS text messaging program for people who opt in. Messages may include lead and inquiry follow-ups, appointment and scheduling information, account and service updates, customer-care replies, and occasional informational or promotional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, and HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Wireless carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
You may cancel your monthly service as described in your agreement with us. Onboarding fees and fees for the current billing period are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reelm and its members, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising out of or relating to the services or these Terms. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for services in the month giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
